Located in South Austin, this single family house lacked a proper master suite and a kitchen for a cook. Thus through space planning, a proper master suite with a walk in closet and a bathroom is created within the additional family room. The master bathroom features a walk in shower with a bench and a free standing tub; a unique quartz tall niche and a floating vanity with two sinks.

The kitchen is doubled in size with a long island and full height cabinets for additional storage. We were involved through planning, design and construction management.
