Total remodel bringing out the cottage charm. Restained existing hardwood flooring at the front of the house and ibstalled new hardwood flooring at the back to continue the cohesive look throughout. Opened up the kitchen with a rustic style beam; installed custom cabinets to accompany existing wood cabinets while updating the hardware to bring it up to todays standards. Created a beatiful window nook. Reframed the back wing to include a true master suit with a barn door leading to two sink vanity and a walk in curbless shower. Terracotta tile continues from the floor up on shower wall.

Cost of project includes foundation leveling, electrical rewiring; reinstalling gas lines and installing an HVAC system bringing this charming cottage to todays comfort level
